Services
The Woodpecker provides furniture refinishing, cabinet refinishing, restoration, repair, custom woodwork, and design consultation services, including white-glove pickup and delivery.
Design consultation may include guidance on color selection, finishes, materials, and overall project direction. Final results may vary based on material conditions, lighting, and application.
Each project is unique. Outcomes depend on the condition, materials, age, and prior treatments of the piece.
Service Providers
The Woodpecker operates as a managed service provider and may utilize a network of trusted and vetted partners, including refinishers, craftsmen, and logistics providers, to complete projects.
All work is coordinated, managed, and quality-controlled by The Woodpecker to ensure consistency with our standards.
Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Additional work may be required once the project is in process (e.g., hidden damage, structural issues, veneer failure, or prior repairs). Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Design Consultation
Design consultation services are advisory in nature. While we provide professional recommendations, final decisions are made by the client.
Variations in color, finish, and appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, materials, and application processes. These variations are not considered defects.
Finishes & Color Matching
We strive to achieve the desired color and finish; however:

Payments
A deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery.
Invoices are issued electronically. Late payments may delay delivery.
Pickup & Delivery
We provide white-glove pickup and delivery services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are accessible at the scheduled time. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to logistics and routing.
Storage
Completed projects must be scheduled for delivery within a reasonable timeframe. Storage fees may apply if items are not picked up or scheduled within the agreed window.
Liability
We take great care in handling all items. However:
